Rine Potes is a dedicated Title Processor and Notary at Twin Title Agency, Inc., bringing a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and client service to every transaction she supports.
A Florida native, Rine has a deep familiarity with the local real estate landscape and understands the importance of efficiency and precision in the closing process. She plays a critical role in coordinating files, reviewing documentation, and ensuring that each transaction moves forward smoothly from opening to closing.
As both a Notary Public and Remote Online Notary, Rine provides added flexibility and convenience for clients, Realtors, and lenders, helping to keep transactions on track even when scheduling or location presents challenges. Her meticulous attention to detail allows her to proactively identify and resolve issues, supporting timely and compliant closings.
Rine is fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling her to effectively assist a diverse client base and ensure clear communication throughout the closing process.
